Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Motionvio (https://motionvio.us) when you use the site. By creating an account or using it, you accept them.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
  • Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what's done with your account.
  • One person per account. A team plan gives each person in the team their own account.

Plans and payments

  • The free trial needs no card. Paid plans are billed through PayPal, monthly or yearly, at the prices on the pricing page.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from the Billing page, or in PayPal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Payments already made aren't refunded for part of a period, except where the law says otherwise. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we'll sort it out.
  • If we change a price, it applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.

Your content

  • What you make with Motionvio is yours. You can use your videos for any lawful purpose, including commercial work.
  • You give us permission to store, process and show your content only as needed to run the site for you — for example, to render a video or show a link you shared.
  • You're responsible for having the rights to the words, images, logos, fonts and music you upload.
  • Templates, motion tools and fonts built into the site may be used inside the videos you make, but not resold or shared on their own.

What you may not do

  • Make or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Pretend to be someone else, or use the site to deceive or defraud.
  • Attack, overload or try to break into the site, or get around its limits or payments.
  • Resell access to the site, except through the public API under its own limits.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

The service

We work to keep Motionvio available and your work safe, but the site is provided "as is": we can't promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. Keep copies of videos that matter to you. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you break them, or stop the service with reasonable notice; if we stop it, we'll refund the unused part of a paid period.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users before the change applies.
